About This Course
These six modules will introduce learners to the ways Shakespeare survives time by using time. We will watch him master a series of artistic devices that control the pace of a play and actually make us experience the phenomenon of time. Ultimately, he makes his audience aware of the tension between seemingly objective “clocked time” and our subjective and very human experience of time.
